OUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
UBERMEN strives to ensure all customers are satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with a refund or exchange, please follow the instructions below:
- Pack your item(s) in a registered and trackable mail bag.
- Include the original invoice/receipt.
- Include the completed “Returns and Exchanges Form“.
- Also supply a prepaid registered / trackable postbag so we can post back your revised item(s)*.
*For faulty returns, UBERMEN will send out your exchanged items (if stock available) to you free of charge, covering all shipping and handling charges (excluding international duties, taxes and fees).
